The perfect class for those who love Italy, its language, culture, and its kitchen. In this four week course, participants will learn basic Italian for Travelers and create exquisite, traditional dishes. During class, students will
-learn basic Italian vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills
-practice menu-reading and learn insider travel tips to make any trip to Italy more enjoyable
-share kitchen secrets while learning the techniques and authentic ingredients of the Italian kitchen
Example meals students will prepare include Tomatoes stuffed with Basil Risotto, Potato and Herb Frittata, and Lemon custard with berries and Limoncello Liquor.
Each class will begin with a mini study session, followed by group cooking in the kitchen. Afterwards participants will relax and enjoy their delicious, freshly-prepared meal together.
