The Germanic-American Institute provides you with the opportunity to celebrate in Style. If "mega" and "wedding" don't go together for the most romantic day in your life, you've found the right place.

Highly personalized service will make your special day a one-of-a-kind-affair. We only host one wedding at any time. What better place to exchange your wedding vows or to celebrate your marriage than in the romantic atmosphere of a historic home on Summit Avenue?

The "Haus" is a beautiful turn of the century home, with a wide "Gone With The Wind" staircase for brides and bridesmaids to descend from. Historic rooms with fireplaces and chandelliers provide the perfect backdrop to your festivities. A Third Floor Ballroom is also provided.

Our catering service is highly individualized and specializes in traditional and modern European Cuisine: real food, freshly prepared for every event and largely made from scratch. Whether you want to include light appetizers or a multi course dinner with your reception, we will happily accommodate your suggestions. Options for every budget are provided.

The friendly, professional staff are on hand to make sure that all your wishes become reality so that you, your family and your friends have a memorable day which will be treasured forever.

Member discounts are available as well as special packages for weddings on Sundays to Thursdays.
